Life of a Bride-to-Be : Wedding Budgeting 101 (Chapter 2)

I know… most of you aren’t too concerned about reading about my wedding budgeting, but right now it’s always on my mind. Anyone who knows me, knows that I like to read and write and that I have a tendency to go on and on (and on) until it finally sinks in that no one is listening or interested anymore. For the sake of everyone’s sanity – I’ll try to keep this short and sweet. For those of you that don’t know me – bear with me in this grand journey I’ve called “Life of a Bride-To-Be”.

Step 1: All of my bridal resources keep telling me that the first step to planning is to set a budget. So what do I do? Skip the budget part and go straight to planning details! I know… I’m terrible. I actually asked Mom what our budget was and she hemmed and hawed and didn’t have an answer for me either. So now, we’re kind of flying by the seats of our pants.

Amanda’s Step 1: Decide what I want – and then shop around until I’ve found everything for a price I’m happy with…

Code Red!!! Code Red!!! I’m already off-track. Guess I’ll get back to you with more research at a later date.
