Creamy Chicken and Noodles
Dare I say that this quick and easy comfort food is the recipe of an ex-boyfriend’s mom? While the relationship didn’t last, this 15-minute meal will forever remain in my go-to recipe box.
- 1 (12 oz) bag of medium egg noodles
- 1 (10 oz) can chunk chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Boil egg noodles in a medium pot until tender. Drain. Put noodles back into stove pot and add remaining ingredients. Warm on low-medium temp until cheese is melted and meal is heated through. Done.
